Delivery delay
As all our creations are handmade to order, we indicate everywhere on our website a manufacturing time of 2 weeks on average.
Once the manufacturing stage has been completed, delivery times with Colissimo vary from 2 to 5 working days (in mainland France). Allow 10 to 14 days for abroad.
It can exceptionally happen with the post office that letters get lost and ultimately take 10 days to find their recipient.
Contact us at contact@maisonmassillon.com after this 10 day period if your order has still not arrived.
